Or you can have one of our team at your place on a regular basis – just like your own HR department once a week, fortnight or whatever else works for you.
Maybe you just need to get your policies sorted or you have a regular need for employment contracts. We can do that too.
Training – for sure! We can develop a program that works just for you and your team. How about restructuring your business or working out your succession plans? Of course – we can help with that too.

Does HR Staff n’ Stuff operate around Australia?
YES! We have offices in Melbourne and Perth but we work with clients around Australia.
It’s my business? Why can’t I do what I want?
Like most things, there is legislation in place to protect both you as the employer, the long term viability of your business and the safety and welfare of your employees.
By all means, you can do what you like but there’s a good chance you are going to end up with a Fair Work complaint, high staff turnover which is costly or you may find yourself as a lead story on the evening news. We will always provide you with your options and will be upfront as to the risks of those choices but we will always operate ethically and within the law.
Don’t consultants just sell stuff to keep themselves in business?
Sure, some consultants operate that way but we don’t. We will never suggest products or services that your business does not need. It’s not in our DNA to operate that way – in fact, there are plenty of times new clients come to us thinking they need ALL of the HR stuff and after assessing their situation, we clearly communicate what they actually need – the must haves, the nice to haves and we are clear about what they don’t need.
We’re here for the long haul. We’re not here to sell stuff that you don’t need and cost you money you don’t need to spend!
Am I locked into a contract?
Absolutely not. In fact, we don’t use contracts. We work with you to determine what you need and then you decide if you agree.
You might start with one of our team embedded into your business one day a week and after six months or two years, you may find your needs have changed. You might not need us anymore and that’s OK. We aren’t going to take it personally.
Can I change between Buy the Time and having an HR professional embedded in my business?
You sure can. Business needs change all the time and we understand that.
What if we get to the point of needing a permanent HR employee?
If you get to the point of moving away from us as consultants and appointing a permanent employee, we will be thrilled for you. In fact, we’ve even recommended it to clients because it’s all about what your business needs – it’s not about us! We will even help you find the perfect HR candidates. We can even stick around once you do go down the permanent employee path as a consultant or as a partner that gears up and down depending on your business needs. It’s completely up to you.
